A two-week look at whether your platform can carry a second team.

We review evaluation gates, identity and gateway, cost controls and your Azure landing zone, then walk your engineers through what production needs first.

Who it's for, and who it isn't.

A good fit

  • Engineering, platform, security or technology leaders at enterprise and mid-market organizations.
  • You have an agent in pilot or early production on Azure and GitHub, and a second team is about to build on it.
  • You want an outside engineer's read before you commit to a build.

Probably not yet

  • You haven't started building agents yet. Take the free scorecard and read the checklists first.
  • You need a compliance audit or a certification. The Review is an engineering assessment and makes no compliance finding.
  • You want it built, not assessed. Say so on the call: the Review can lead into a build.

Four areas, the same four our checklists score.

  • Evaluation gates

How a new agent version is tested before it ships, and whether a missed threshold stops the release.

  • Identity and gateway

Whether every model call is tied to an identity and passes one gateway, so it can be attributed to a team and a purpose.

  • Cost controls

Whether spend is visible by team and read against what shipped, not only as a total.

  • Landing zone

Whether the Azure foundation (identity, network, policy) can carry a second team without a rebuild.

What you get

  • Written findings for each of the four areas.
  • A prioritized list of what production needs first, in the order to do it.
  • A working session where we walk your engineers through it.

From first call to findings.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

Thirty minutes on your platform and your team. Bring your scorecard or checklist result if you have one.

  2. 02

    Scope agreed in writing

We confirm what is in and out before any work starts.

  3. 03

    Two-week review

We assess the four areas against what you are running.

  4. 04

    Readout and next step

We walk through the findings. Continuing with us is your choice.

Questions about the Review.

What is the Agent Platform Readiness Review?

A two-week look at four areas of an AI agent platform on Azure and GitHub: evaluation gates, identity and gateway, cost controls, and the Azure landing zone. You get written findings, a prioritized list of what production needs first, and a working session with your engineers.

Is it a compliance audit?

No. It is an engineering assessment. It makes no compliance, certification or data residency finding. If you need one of those, the Review can feed it, but it does not replace it.

How much does it cost?

We scope it on a discovery call and agree the scope in writing before work starts. The cost depends on how many agents, teams and environments are in play.

Who does the work?

Kevin Evans leads every engagement. When an engagement needs more hands, he brings in engineers for it.

What do we need to provide?

Access to the environment under review and time with the people who run it.

What happens after the Review?

You decide. Some teams take the findings and act on them alone, some ask us to build the gate, the gateway or the landing zone with them. Either is a normal outcome.
