What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you:

• Fill out our contact form (name, email address, message, and optionally company and role)
• Leave your email after the Agentic AI Readiness Scorecard, or join the Summit 2027 waitlist (email address, and the scorecard tier or interest you select)
• Download the Agent Platform Production Checklist or the Azure AI Landing Zone Readiness Checklist (name, work email, job role, company, and optionally company size and where your agents are today)
• Download a free resource such as a checklist (name, work email, job role, company)
• Book an appointment or consultation
• Correspond with us by email or phone

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. Analytics only activates after you grant consent via the cookie banner. We anonymize all IP addresses. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or declining the banner on your next visit.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking scripts beyond GA4.

Contact Form Data

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree and forwarded to our email. Formspree stores submissions temporarily on servers in the United States. We retain form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry.

We don't currently send a newsletter. If you opted in to our mailing list through an earlier guide download form, every email we sent includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.

Scorecard follow-ups, Summit 2027 waitlist signups and checklist downloads use the same form processor. Checklist details are used to send the checklist and, only if you tick the box on the form, one follow-up email; we don't add you to a mailing list. If you arrive through a link with campaign tags (for example from a LinkedIn post), a form you submit also carries those tags, the page you landed on and the referring site's domain, so we can see which link brought you. Nothing else is added. A scorecard follow-up is used only to reply to you about your result. The waitlist is used only for Summit 2027 emails, each of which includes a way to unsubscribe.

Your Rights (PIPEDA)

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent to processing (where processing is based on consent)
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

Security

Our site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
