Cloudflare Pages (Hosting)

• Data collected: Server logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp) — standard web hosting
• Data stored: Cloudflare edge network (global)
• Retention: Limited to operational use

4. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of our third-party service providers store and process data in the United States. By using our site and consenting to analytics/marketing cookies, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in Canada.

We select providers with strong privacy practices and appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

• Form submissions — Retained until you request deletion or the data is no longer needed
• Analytics data — As per each provider's retention period (see Section 3)
• Cookie preferences — Stored in your browser's localStorage until cleared

8. Security

Our site is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. We use reputable third-party services with enterprise-grade security. We do not store passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal data.

9. Children's Privacy
